We do not accept cash at the studio, but you can purchase products on-site using a card. Class reservations are not sold at the studio and must be made through our website.

Yes, absolutely! Just send us a photo of your student card via email or WhatsApp, and you’ll receive a 10% student discount on all 5x and 10x packages, as well as the Bronze membership.
How can I pay with sports vouchers?

We accept Epassi, Edenred, and Smartum payments. At checkout, select the "sports vouchers" payment method and provide the confirmation code you receive after completing the payment. If you are paying with Smartum, please send us a screenshot of your payment receipt as confirmation.

Yes, we do! You can contact us via email or WhatsApp so we can personally tailor a lesson for you.
Which classes are suitable for beginners?

We recommend starting with Classical Fusion, Dynamic Flow or Mindful Mobility. These classes focus on technique and the pace is slower to help you progress to the next level.

All our instructors speak both Finnish and English. While classes are typically held in Finnish, if you don’t speak Finnish, the class will be conducted in English to ensure everyone can follow along.
Can I pause my membership?

Yes! You can pause your membership (with a 6-month fixed-term contract) for up to 30 days once during the 6-month period, no reason needed. You may also freeze your membership for one or two full months at a time. A freezing fee of €20 per month will be billed, if applicable. This fee covers your membership during the frozen period, so no additional membership charges will apply while it’s on hold.

We currently offer four monthly membership options: 1. Bronze Membership: Unlimited independent training only. (6-month commitment) 2. Silver Membership: Includes 4 group classes per month plus unlimited independent training. The 4 group class passes are automatically added to your account every 30 days and are valid for 1 month before the next batch is issued. (6-month commitment) 3. Gold Membership: Unlimited group classes and independent training. (3-month commitment) 4. Gold Buddy Membership: Unlimited group classes and independent training for two people. Payments are collected from only one person. (3-month commitment) All active members can join complimentary events and workshops organized by Cœur Studios in both Helsinki and Tampere. Membership payments are automatically charged to the payment method used during purchase.

Yes, it’s possible to extend the validity of your cards (for group lessons and independent training) by 1 month for an additional fee of €20 per card.

Everyone is welcome to train with us—whether you are a beginner or more experienced. If you're under 18, we require either verbal parental consent at the studio or written consent via email or WhatsApp. Please do not attend classes if you are sick or injured. If you have a physical disability, please consult your doctor beforehand to ensure it is safe for you to use the equipment.

Before the class, you can purchase socks either from the instructor or from the self-checkout.

Grip or Pilates socks are compulsory (no socks = no entry). This helps minimize the risk of slipping and ensures safe, hygienic use of the Pilates equipment. If you don’t have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio. Please always wipe down your machine with the provided cleaning spray and paper after use, so it’s clean and ready for the next person. Arrive on time—ideally 10–15 minutes before the class starts. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the instructor will not allow you to join, as late arrivals disrupt the focus and flow of the class. For independent practice, late arrival is allowed, but you must vacate the equipment when your booking ends.

Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full class fee. For unlimited membership plans, repeated late cancellations or no-shows (starting from the third occurrence) will incur a fee of 50€ per missed session. No exceptions will be made unless the absence is due to a verifiable force majeure situation. Free cancellation is possible up to 12 hours before the scheduled class.

We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear. The more form-fitting your clothing, the easier it is for our instructors to assist you with correcting movements and positions. Please note that jeans and workwear are not allowed in the studio.
How does independent training work?
How does independent training work?
Independent training is made easy, flexible and safe. This is how it works: 1. Book a spot: choose a time that suits you in the calendar from the independent training slots. Once you have booked your spot, you will receive a door code to access the studio at least 15 min before the start of the session. 2. Get ready: there are headphones in the studio that you can use during your practice. You can also connect your own headphones to the screen. Remember to bring your pilates socks! 3. Choose a workout: select a workout from the studio's video bank and start training. 4. Ending session: put the headphones back and connect their charger, clean your reformer, and leave feeling energised. Independent training is a great way to workout at your own pace and in the comfort and tranquillity of the studio.

If the class you want is full, you can join the waiting list to receive a notification when a spot becomes available. Please note that you will not be automatically enrolled. You must manually book the class once you are notified.

Yes, we have secure lockers and changing rooms available.

There are no parking spaces for customers at the studio. Check nearby parking areas, garages, such as Aimo Park, and parking facilities.
