The address of Cœur Studios is Uudenmaankatu 4-6, 00120 Helsinki (courtyard).
The studio is open from Monday to Sunday, every day from 5.00-23.00. All orders and questions requiring customer service should be sent by e-mail (contact@coeurstudios.fi) or via WhatsApp (+358 45 7876 0005).
There are no parking spaces for customers at the studio. Check nearby parking garages, such as Aimo Park, and parking facilities in the City of Helsinki.
Yes, we have secure lockers and changing rooms available.
If the class you want is full, you should come back later to check if there are any places available.
Keep an eye on the timetable, as waiting lists often move less than 6 hours before classes!
If a spot becomes available less than 6 hours before the start of the class, you can manually add yourself to the class via your account.
Group lessons and independent training can be booked at least 1 week in advance.
Everyone should reserve a place for their own class. If you are interested in a private lesson, duo lesson or private session, please contact customer service via email or WhatsApp.

You can cancel your booking via your account at the booking section. Log in to your account -> My bookings -> Cancel (in red).
We make it compulsory to wear no socks (no socks = no entry) to minimise the risk of slipping and to ensure safe and hygienic use of the Pilates equipment. Socks are available for sale in the studio.
Always wipe down with a cleaning spray and paper after using your machine, so that the next customer has a clean machine to practice on!
Please arrive on time (about 10-15 minutes before the class starts). If you are more than 5 minutes late, the instructor will not let you join the class, as arriving late disturbs everyone's concentration. For independent practice, you can arrive late, but you must release the equipment with your booking.
Before the class you can buy socks either from the instructor or from the shop in the lobby.

We have a dressing room and two toilets in the studio, but we do not have
shower facilities.
We have lockable lockers where you can put your belongings during your workout.

Anyone can come to train with us, whether you are less experienced or more experienced.

The validity date is the last day you can attend the course with that package.
It is not possible to register twice for the same class with one account, as accounts and packages are for personal use only. We therefore recommend that all participants create an account in our booking system.
Yes! You can also suspend your membership (6-month fixed-term contracts) for 14 days once in a 6-month period for no particular reason.
The customer can suspend their membership for one or two months at a time. The freeze always applies for the whole month. The freezing fee is €10 per month of freezing and will be added to the first invoice, if any. The freezing fee will cover your membership fee during the freezing period.
We hold classes in Finnish, as well as in English.
Independent training is made easy, flexible and safe. This is how it works:
- Book a place: choose a time that suits you from the self-study calendar and make a booking. When you make your reservation, you will receive a door code to access the studio.
- Get ready: there are headphones in the studio that you can use during your practice. You can also connect your own headphones to the screen if you want. Remember to bring your pilates socks!
- Choose a workout: select a workout from the studio's video bank and start training at your leisure.
This allows you to enjoy your workout at your own pace and in the comfort and tranquillity of the studio.
We have 10 reformer-pilates machines in our studio, so the size of each group class
is max 10 people.
We recommend you come in comfortable sportswear. The more skin
the clothes you wear, the more our instructors will be able to help you.

We recommend starting with Align Reformer and Classical Fusion. These classes focus on technique and the pace is slower to help you progress to the next level.
Classical Fusion is suitable for everyone, including those who have had a longer break from instrumental piano. However, you can also challenge yourself by attending 'Intermediate' and 'Advanced' level classes.
Yes, but we recommend caution. Before attending a group class, it is important to talk to your doctor to make sure that Pilates is suitable for the nature of your injury. Please also inform the instructor of your injury in advance so that they can offer you alternative movements if necessary and ensure the safety of the exercise.
Yes, we do! You can contact us via email or WhatsApp so we can personally tailor a lesson for you.
We offer companies and individuals the possibility to book an entire studio for their own
for use by the group. We also offer companies a standard shift for the whole studio.

We do not accept cash at the studio, but you can buy products on the spot with a card. Reservations are not sold at the studio, but must be made through our website.
