The following terms and conditions apply between Cœur Studios (Makua Group Oy, business ID 3231921-9) and a named person ("Member").
Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. A person under 18 years of age may become a member with the consent of a guardian. Monthly membership requires payment of a monthly fee to Cœur Studio. The minimum duration of membership is six months (6-month fixed-term contract), except for our Gold membership, which is a three-months fixed-term contract. For one-off, five-off and ten-off membership cards, the fee is a one-off payment.
Monthly membership includes access by appointment, so you must always book an appointment when you come to the studio to train. You can find the number of training sessions eligible for different membership levels on our website.
The member must inform Cœur Studio of any change of name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and account number.
Cœur Studios is not liable for personal injury, damage to property or compensation for loss of property. Members are responsible for their own insurance.
For safety and hygiene reasons, non-slip socks are compulsory in all our classes. If you do not have them, you can buy them from the vending machine in the studio or from the instructor if you are attending a group class.
Students can take advantage of the reduced price at any time when purchasing (5x or 10x) independent training and group sessions or a Bronze membership. The student discount can be obtained by identifying a valid student card when joining (by contacting customer service) and then whenever you wish to use the discount. The monthly membership fee will be increased to the normal price when the conditions for the student discount are no longer met (no valid student card). The entitlement to the discount must be verified every six months.
The 6-month membership and 1-month membership are fixed-term contracts that expire automatically at the end of the period, 10xcards are valid for 4 months, 5xcards are valid for 2 months, and 1xcard is valid for 1 month.
Cancellations made within the last 12 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full.
To be fair, not all our customers can be exempted, even for reasons such as unexpected illness, change of plans or public transport delays. Force majeure.
Free cancellation is possible 12 hours before the scheduled time.
The member is responsible for ensuring that the membership fee is paid by the due date; if the member is a minor, the guardian is responsible for paying the membership fee. Payments shall be made in the manner agreed in the Membership Agreement and in accordance with the price list in force.
Cœur Studios reserves the right to transfer unpaid membership fees to a collection agency for collection and Cœur Studios may also charge the member for the costs of collection. If a member receives a reminder or a collection letter from the collection agency, he/she must pay the fees in accordance with the payment instructions issued by the collection agency.
Cœur Studio has the option, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a client's membership for non-payment of membership fees, if the client violates the terms of the membership agreement and the rules of safety and order, or for conduct unbecoming of the atmosphere.
Failure to pay the invoice will result in the denial of access, membership and therefore billing will remain active. Membership and billing will be automatically terminated only after the expiry of the time limit.
The access code is personal. The access code must always be with you when you enter the studio and must not be
because you can't get anyone else into the studio.
If the access code is used by someone else or is otherwise used
incorrectly, a written warning will be issued and the customer will be fined.
100€/visit and this can also lead to the cancellation of the contract.
Cœur Studios reserves the right to change prices and Cœur Studios reserves the right to unilaterally modify these general terms and conditions. The current prices and terms and conditions are available on the Cœur Studios website. Should Cœur Studios be forced to close all or part of its studios due to maintenance, loss-making business, bankruptcy or government restrictions, Cœur Studios will not be obliged to reimburse the client for any services/products paid in advance.
By becoming a client of the studio, you agree to the terms and conditions.
