Maiju has always had a passion for sports! Already an avid runner, she discovered Barre in 2015 and started teaching in 2017 in Paris. Her curiosity and desire to always learn more led her to become a certified Pilates instructor in 2022 and certified Pilates reformer instructor in 2023.
 
Teaching Philosophy:
Maiju focuses on delivering fun, original, and high energy sessions which will challenge you both mentally and physically. Her sessions are expertly planned to create a full body workout that flows from one movement to the next with ease and fluidity.
